Could a national non profit organization become the entity to create a consistent, stable and informed health co-op? My suggestion would allow the likes of AARP (American Association of Retired People) to form health care co-ops throughout the country governed by a national oversight board to regulate consistency.
Anyone have any other thoughtful suggestions?
