The Color Of Change!!!
Msg to the people of Illinois

This letter comes from someone who is humble and willing to give credit where credit is due. President Elect may have benefited a lot from Illinois, but Illinois benefited a lot from him pouring his heart and soul into that city. They both benefited, but he put it so eloquently. This is what you call lifting the people up;something we have to get use to as american people. We have been walked on for so long, we have to develop an attitude of appreciation for our New President and each other. Are we our brothers keeper? Are we our sisters keeper?

Dear CMarie; We have to remember what President Elect Obama said. He told us over and over again that he would listen to our ideas and concerns, but he can see the bigger picture. He now has access to information not available to him previously, so now he can to take all things in consideration and make the best decision for the american people. God is still in control - let's hold on tight to him. President Elect Obamas' life and his entire familys' life is in terrible danger according to some postings. The best thing that Obamaland can do right now is go into prayer and pray constantly. Don''t just pray one day and stop. We need our President to be safe so he can do his job and be safe. Pray for the safety of the Obama family, and the safety of the american people. Pray everybody like you have never prayed before and watch God work.

There's a new Sheriff in town

Looking at President Elect Barack Obama walking beside Pres. Bush gave me such a feeling of safety and awareness that we truly have someone who will be in office that really cares what we as americans think and feel. We will have a leader who stands for something; which means that he will do the right thing for the people. He is a man of his word, and he will live up to the promises that he made to all of us. He is not going to be the kind of Sheriff who takes his position for granted, nor will he go above and beyond his limitations of power. He will not take advantage of this power given to him by the people. We actually have someone who really has studied the Constitution and taught Constitutional Law as well. This is truly a public official we can trust; with morals to boot. THERE'S A NEW SHERIFF IN TOWN AND HIS NAME IS PRESIDENT ELECT BARACK OBAMA!! PLEASE POST A NOTE TO ME AND LET ME KNOW WHERE YOU WERE WHEN YOU GOT THE WONDERFUL NEWS THAT WE HAD A NEW SHERIFF!!!

Waiting For The World To Change

Be careful what you say, God is in the midst of this and God said no weapon formed against us shall prosper; have you not got the message yet? Did you not hear all the divisive tactics from Mcsame and palin that did not stick or work? Did you not notice the tactics that Senator Clinton used that didn't work? Do you think that maybe the truth resonates better to the american people today? Americans refuse to accept the lies, deceit, smears and divisive tactics used by the republican party from karl roves' play book. This does not work anymore. Come up with some new ideas, but whether you do or not, it is the Democrats time to rule and change the world for the better. Maybe you guys should try not being so hateful and divisive. The republican party has no message, no narrative, no morals!!!! Just sit back and take a few lessons from the Dems about unity and reaching across the aisle and working together. You guys are mean and nasty, and unless you change your ways the American people will denounce you yet again in 2012.
Rosa Parks sat, so Martin Luther King could walk.
Martin Luther King walked so Barack Obama could run.
Barack Obama ran so our children can fly!!!!!!!!!!!

We Are Not Scared!!!!!

We are not afraid of the challenges that face us. We have been sent a leader that we can respect and believe him when he says he is going to do something; and if he can't, he will tell us that he can't. We cannot look to Senator Obama or the government for all the answers to our problems, but I believe that If we work together as Senator Obama suggests that we do; there is no way we can lose. This country has to come together as a unified people. I truly believe that President Obama will truly bring Repubs. to the table so that we may all share in this progress togeher. There are still a lot of angry people out there, and some just like the feeling of being angry and hateful and there is nothing we can do for them but love them the way Jesus loves us. There is no way they can tell me that they are christians and say all the terrible things they say on the blogs. People you can't hate your neighbor and then say that you love The Lord.
